About Bakeidoo
About me
Bakeidoo isn't a collection of recipes pulled from the internet. It's a notebook from my own kitchen — every recipe cooked, tested, and photographed by me before it goes on the site.
I'm 40, I work a corporate job during the day, and in the evenings and on weekends you'll usually find me in the kitchen. Cooking is how I unwind after a day at the computer — and the biggest joy I can give my family.
I cook for the people I love, so every recipe you'll find here has passed the toughest test there is — it had to taste good to my family, not just to me.
I find inspiration in travel. I like to bring home more than memories — I bring back flavours, then try to recreate them in my own kitchen, sometimes on the first try, sometimes after a few attempts.
The photos on Bakeidoo are mine. I'm still learning photography, so they're not always perfect — but they're real.
Just like the recipes: tested, cooked with my own hands, and written so you can make them without any stress.
